Head height 60mm Note: the total length of the head includes the Tufnell facing. The total height of these mallets shown was 840mm (requested by the school for the children), but they can be made to any height specification. The weight of these mallets was 3lbs 2ozs, but again they can be made to any weight specification. The shaft is made from a composite fibreglass, which gives it some degree of flexibility, and the handle is finished off with a wooden casing around the fibreglass shaft, which is then covered with the same material as a tennis racquet. Then grips of these mallets were flat budget grips, but any type of grip can be requested. |
