This is an internationally popular spa-town in the Czech Replublic west of Prague.
Also the home town of Miraslav Pazdora, an enthusiastic croquet player and No 1 in Golf Croquet in his country.
He visited Cape Town during the world cup in 2008 and thereafter has visited other countries to partake in competitions and to promote the game.

Mira and his wife Alena run a family hotel, The Stary Mlyn and here they have a croquet club and 2 lawns in beautiful surroundings. They arranged a lovely afternoon with club members) the South African and Czech flags out!) and we had fellowship and lots of fun. In wintertime Mira practises on the "under ice" tennis courts, with specially made hoops, what "inspiration".

A croquet holiday there is possible, the nearest big airport is Munich and he has a hotel bus for fetching guests. The hospitality and friendship was out of this world and we had a great time.
